Real LYF Retreat

Real LYF Retreat was born from LYF Fitness as an immersive three-to-five day wellness experience — combining outdoor and indoor workouts, Pilates, clean eating, reiki, and meditation into one transformative escape.

The brand needed to capture something specific: movement, vitality, and a strong, unapologetic feminine energy. Not soft or passive, but powerful and alive. The identity channels that energy directly — bold, dynamic gradient palettes that feel electric and a logo with letterforms that feel like they're in motion. The tagline — REAL Fit. REAL Food. REAL You. — was built around the brand name, using the repetition of REAL as both a rallying cry and a typographic device that carries through every touchpoint consistently and powerfully. The full suite of deliverables spanned every touchpoint of the participant experience: a promotional video, postcards, a website, yoga mats, branded apparel and swag that participants could purchase or receive as gifts. The retreats built a loyal following, selling out multiple events and generating strong word-of-mouth among the wellness community.
