Together in Care

PHI and the National Alliance for Caregiving launched Together in Care, funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation, to unite direct care workers and family caregivers as partners. For its debut at #CaregiverNation23, I built the campaign look around a one-line illustration of caregivers arm in arm and a soft teal, coral, lavender and gold palette, rolled out across the website, posters, brochure, social media and more.
